Bye-bye, Jim. You're better off without this job.

It's good to see they made the necessary changes to the agenda to be in compliance with TOMA. It also seems the Charter Review Committee will effect change even before the elections as evidenced by Item 13. Kudos to the Committee.

I wonder if the item on the city attorney has anything to do with the item to reconsider the baseball stadium.

It will be an interesting meeting.

Do we know if this is a routine review or a retaliation review?

Is the City Commissioner's meeting Tuesday or
Monday (due to elections)?

Jimm Mutter, Mutter Goza should have been removed a long time ago, he could not or would not stand his ground and state that you are in the wrong Mr. Commisioner or Mr. Mayor instead he would always stay on the fence.

We need a City Attorney who can stand and fight for the City and not just state we are having So and So legal firm to handle this.

I only hope his replacement is not someone connected to the Commissioners or another YES MAN.

All this is smoke for good old boy deals. In this instance, the city commission had been sending legal work to Sossi for a long time and now they want to reward him with Goza's head and making him the replacement.

They wanted to do this a year ago, but I would not go along with it. At that time, they wanted to hire Moises Salas as pay back to another close friend to the commisisoners and now it is Sossi.

Firing and replacing Goza is up to the City Commisison, but for cutting deals to satisfy cronies is not the right reason.

If he is to be replaced it is because he is unwilling to publically defend every illegal or stupid act by the commission. This commission is looking for someone who will put a spin of legality on every act it takes.

This is never good.
