Biggest Loser Competition Draws More Than 300 Participants

Nothing like free to bring in the people, tubby or otherwise.

The trick is to force them to come back three months from now and face possible ridicule for not losing weight. Or is that too much to ask?

I am 48 yr. old woman. Three yrs ago I was 190 lbs. For a petite woman I was FAT. Three years and 50 lbs less later, I can tell you that I had ONE motivation: ME.
I went from a size 18 to a size 12, sometimes 10. I run, do weights, wake up early and exercise. I dont drink, smoke or have any soda drinks AT ALL. Once in a while I splurge having one taco, ONE tamal, and no more than ONE. All it takes is dedication, discipline, and the most important motivation of all: My life, my health. No freebees, no oh I need someone else to tell me what to do. We ALL KNOW what to do, we just need to do it. Good luck to those that entered the looser program for whatever motivation they had, I hope it works for them.
