UTB and TSC Growth Concept Drawing

This slide demonstrates a growth concept for UTB and TSC with the longest double-sided arrow (Elizabeth Street) serving as its "spine." Experts from across the nation visited our Community to provide objective expertise. All have said that we are a "diamond in the rough" unique to anything they've ever seen.

I hope this is a viable solution UT can work with. It would create a real sense of pride and place. (Plus, bars steps away from classrooms--what more can a college student ask for?)

Does the plan mean displacing some business, or would they co-exist in ground/top floor kinda way?

Either way, at least it's a sign of real idea generation from our mayor, which felt lacking until now. I hope it continues.

If one scratches the surface a bit... this planning, mapping and accompanying babble is from Yuppie wannabees white women planners from out of town thinking they can help the Mexicans "uniquely position" Brownsville to become something it never was or ever will be.
I feel like I want to vomit.
